Well then… I guess this is the end of the Random 20 album. What a mixed bag that was, yet, I can’t really say that it was terrible. No idea. What do you think?

Backstory

Told niq, my friend, about this cool thing of FL Studio Mobile. Then he was like sweet, he could do some music. So I did some parts of the music while he did some parts of his. If you can hear, you can probably tell which one was made by me and which ones are his.

I also made the brilliant idea to make niq strum the guitar, since he knows how to play the guitar so why not right? Tried making the chords somewhat subliminal too, being the chords of F A G. This turned out to be F Am G, rather to my disappointment, but it works anyways. I think my friend and I are proud of the work, despite the work being quite half-baked. I may do some improvements to do song, since I have the recording files with me, hehe.

After making the song, niq noticed that the ending for Short & Sweet Ending wasn’t really making into expectations. And I found that to be true, if you listened to the solo you might see why, and it’s another reason to make this song again.

Well then. That’s the end of Random 20! Enjoy other things like playing sports or look up educational videos I have no idea, but until then!

Backstory (Production of song)

Looking back at this, I remembered trying out some sounds, until I found out a pad (this is also the first time trying out pads) that actually sounds quite spooky, so I tried incorporate it. I then tried making a house beat to “appear” while the scary sounds were still playing. I tried my best doing this, guys I know I did okay after having this app for like, 15 days now.

Besides that, the first house was a loose remix from the default dance from Fortnite (how amazing yay) and the second one happened to be more abrupt, and sounds more original, and I still like that beat I made till now. Sounds quite nice really.

The music continues to the next song: “يا سميعاً (All​-​Hearing)”

The name “نياز اقمر دانيش” literally means “Seeking Knowledge and Purity”, which is my name, yes.

The video

The video itself is quite linear, as it shows us classmates in a quite flooded Phnom Penh during the time, doing some works completing an outdoor multi-purpose hall for students that will benefit a nearby school and other villagers. The experience there was awesome. It really felt like Malaysia but Burmese.

Also fun fact: I had diarrhea and was sick one week after we arrived. I had an IV bag on me. Boy was that ever so stressful. But nevertheless, the scene when it was flooded looked surreal. Just friendly villagers really. It’s an experience.
At the end of the video, it shows us and other classmates having fun, walking on tours and interacting with the people there.

Okay now my SEO is complaining that I do not have enough words for this blog post laugh out loud, so let me just artificially inflate the blog a bit
