Calamity

YES YES YES AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WOWO WOW NICEEEEE

(Back to the album/Music Page)

Finally, an actual clubbing music with some retention to listening to it. I did it!

Original Name: Stupid Low-Quality Nightcore

Original Description: HoHooHHoHHOO BOI I DID A HANDS UP TRACK I AM NOW THE DJ KING!!!111

BPM: 143.8

Genre: Hands Up

Storytime folks

I went to some clubbing place in Malaysia and I took the beat from that. It was definitely nightcore (hence the original name),  I tried making the song uniquely different, I guess!

The “sudden” hardstyle drop was made because of inspiration from Hands Up music. It was essentially a drop within a drop. Wow lol, how did I even manage that…

Not sure why I went with “Calamity” however. Felt like a one-word song title would work here. “Why is the name after a disastrous event?” You may ask. Maybe what I was thinking about “Shaking the dance floor”. And when the dance floor shakes, well, you know, earthquakes. Hence, Calamity.

This song took many months to make, mostly because I haven’t been inspired enough to complete the song (very evident in the 3:30 mark). Alas. It is done. 6 raw minutes of just clubbing music. How about them apples, eh?

Chibai Want Fight Ah?

What is this song right here nice one man

You know sometimes I just wonder and asked myself “Why?” “How?” “Is it worth it?” I have the same questions as you now that It’s been quite a while since the release.

Original Name: ~

Original Description: Really? A Hokkien song?

BPM: 166.6

Genre: Club (or siam diu music, whichever)

Lyrics

Backstory yes?

Essentially this song is the sequel to the song I previously made “Why Pee Myujikku! (姦恁老母 Got Problem with Me is It?)”

You can hear the outro tune from this first song, as I try to transition it into something different, a Hokkien song meme that people knew for quite a while!

It was an ok choice for a song. I wish I did a better performance but meh I’m quite lazy at making back the vocals, hehe

Game Show

Chirpy, fun, tune. Just keeping it short

Just a normal fun chiptune. With a “drunken” beat and normal stuff. Pretto coolio.

Original Name: ~

Original Description: Cool and good

BPM: 139.2

Genre: Chiptune

Original file name “Empty1.mp3”

Backstory

My little brother provided the beat to get the song starting. I just asked him to make anything, and I made using the basis of what he did, and I rolled with it.

After that that made the other part of the song in just an hour or two, pretty much.

That’s a pretty quick backstory if I ever seen one

Younger Days Prototype

Spiritual successor to my Short & Sweet Ending

Oh yes. I remade this! And it now sounds better. Sounds more retro. Sounds more to my liking. Hey, I like this track too.

Original Name: Younger Days Prototype (feat. Niqmatullah Bmy)

Original Description: Remix of the Short & Sweet Ending from Random 20, now just giving the 80’s vibe more obvious. Also extended which includes “bloopers” on the original recording

BPM: 120

Genre: Synthwave (?)

Backstory

After many listens, I have discovered many things wrong with the track. So this, in a way, is an “urgent fix” to the song, a song that sounds better, and generally more in tune.

Other than that, if you want to look at the original backstory, look at Short & Sweet Ending for that.

Isolation

Vibing music. Oooh. I like it

This is one of the “experimental” music that I have done. Really sounds quite nice, my friends really like this song, and I like it too. Probably the best one I’ve done for now! Yusssss

Original Name: ~

Original Description: From a guitar sample meant for hip-hop usage, to this soft rock sound, almost lounge sounding. Where it kind of sounds it is meant to be used. Filled with drum toms, bass, brass and strings

BPM: 80.88

Genre: Lounge

Backstory

After playing with Ableton for awhile I discovered Cymatics, and downloaded some packs. This sample (or motif) that you’re hearing over and over came from Cymatics. Not sure which one, but yeah

The sound definitely was meant to be for hip-hop or trap. It was also slower, but meh.

I decided to be a bit more ambitious with this sample and make it sound like ethereal like. Definitely a good choice by me haha. I feel like I’m regurgitating my words on my original description lol. Anyways, this song, I believe, is one of the best that I’ve made as of now. Yipee

You’re Mother

HARDDDDDDDDDSTYYYYLE!! (My first attempt at doing this)

(Back to The Long Play/Music Page)

My first hardstyle attempt. Also my first song in Ableton. You can definitely hear the difference with me playing in FL Mobile and Ableton. Wowee.

Original Mix

Original Name: Sorry! Can’t Afford Ableton

Original Description: I would like to apologise for using this stupid chord progression again, really don’t know why but I needed a sorry if you we’re expecting something original heh.

Nightcore Remix Thing

Original Name: ~

Original Description: yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa just deal with it

BPM: 165

Genre: Hardstyle/Nightcore

Original

Nightcore

Original file name: “hardddd2 nv10 fast.mp3”

Lyrics

(Intro)
Have I told you that one time?
She was the most
Beautiful girl I’ve ever seen
It’s that something
That makes her oomph…
Well, if you tell me about it,
I wouldn’t have known either

That’s right!
That’s your mother!

(Pre-Drop)
Yeah!!!

(Post-Drop)
She’ll always be there for you,
ya know?
You know, sometimes
You just got to be grateful

Backstory?

Certainly.

Got Ableton during September 2019. So I’m like “Hmmmmm, what can I do?”

“Oh I’ll do stupid music!”

Boom. Hardstyle music has been made for no reason.

Also your usual chord progression because it was purposefully done to make the track that “uninspiring” vibe. But also cheery to make it sound uplifting; at least make the song listenable, yes?

I also tried to make the song symphonic, inspired by genres of uplifting trance, where they put the symphonies during the down times of tracks.

The End!
